The Compasso employer study “**Resource and Absence Management”** shows that absences and sick leave are increasingly becoming a challenge for companies, the healthcare system and the people affected. ## reWork profile, the tool for promoting partial capacity to work and job retention The **reWork profile from Compasso with a SIM certificate of capacity to work** supports a gradual return to work. The focus is on keeping people in work and preventing disability. The reWork profile should be completed together in discussion between **employee and employer**.
