The X-ray revealed a dislocated clavicle fracture, which had to be surgically stabilized. As the patient is right-handed and works physically on various construction sites, a longer period of time off was to be expected.   --- ### 02 Solution Discussions with the employer were sought as early as the third week after the operation. Together with the employer, the doctor was able to arrange an **adapted part-time job**.
