Benefits of a reWork profile: industry-specific solutions with job/activity profiles

reWork profile also available as an industry-specific solution 

The Swiss federal government (Federal Social Insurance Office, FSIO) and the Swiss Employers’ Confederation (SAV) have agreed on industry-specific measures and tasked the Compasso Association with implementing them. The reWork profile with a certificate of capacity to work will also be adapted as an industry-specific solution for four associations.

The aim is to reduce health-related absences and gradually bring employees back to work.

The reWork profile will provide job and activity profiles for the four sectors. This provides employees, employers and doctors with a simple and helpful tool to retain a patient’s job or help them return to work as efficiently as possible and to the extent possible.
